INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries and raspberries
- 1/4 cup elderberry elixir
- 2 tbs frozen broccoli or spinach
- 1 tbs chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Add yogurt and chia seeds in the blender. Blend to allow chia seeds to absorb moisture.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Serve immediately for a slightly frozen treat or put in the refrigerator for more of a blended drink.
